My Log file is opened but is not appearing anymore

If you mean the Log panel of ChimeraX is blank, that indicates a problem with the Qt window toolkit failing to render HTML which is probably caused by a bad Intel graphics driver. You could trying updating your graphics driver, your current version is from June 2025, and you may need to downgrade to an older working driver. You could also try updating to the current ChimeraX version which uses a newer version of the Qt window toolkit.
