Fixed in ChimeraX 1.11 release candidate and daily build (Nov 25 or newer).

Apparently newer versions of Qt or macOS require the code to request permission to use the camera. I added that request to the webcam code and tested on macOS 26.1 and it worked correctly. It will only ask permission the first time. Subsequently macOS remembers the setting and does not ask.
