Description
Probably there should be some preliminary filtering to only run mlp (command and icon) on polymer type protein. The GitHub pyMLP description says it is for proteins.

Running mlp on nucleotides (e.g. 1bna) does something but doesn't appear meaningful.

Fixed.
Yes mlp only has tables for proteins. I've changed the mlp command so it filters out all the non-amino-acid atoms.

if don't want to modify command itself, maybe icon could do "mlp selAtoms & protein"
