Description
Running AlphaFold prediction with templates enabled gives an error on Google Colab trying to install hhsuite using conda that the conda terms of service have not been accepted. It suggests adding two conda commands to accept the terms of service for two conda repositories.
conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main

Fixed.
I added these conda commands in the hhsuite and openmm install scripts used within the ColabFold install script.
conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main
conda tos accept --override-channels --channel https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/r

The OpenMM install on Google Colab also needs to accept the conda terms of service. Apparently acceptance it is only remembered in the shell so each install shell script needs to accept.
