The following bug report has been submitted:
Platform:        Darwin-18.5.0-x86_64-i386-64bit
ChimeraX Version: 0.9 (2019-05-02)
Description
User errors no longer appear in the log (e.g. command morph #1 with no models opened).  This was caused by a change to cli.py 5 weeks ago.
