Hi Shahin,

Thanks for reporting this problem. ChimeraX ran out of memory while trying to process your trajectory. You have a few options. One is to use a memory efficient visualization program to look at your trajectory, like VMD. Another is to not load every frame of your trajectory, which you can do by adding the "step" option to the open command for your trajectory (e.g. "step 5" would load every 5th frame). If that doesn't work, you could use some outside pre-processing program (like cpptraj) to cut down the number of frames before using ChimeraX. For reasons you probably wouldn't care about, the preprocessing will result in less peak memory use by ChimeraX than the "equivalent" step option.
