Try running ChimeraX directly on your computer instead of remotely on the server. Officially, we don't support remote use because there are too many points of failure beyond our control.

That said, it looks like the remote server has Nvidia graphics and your computer has AMD graphics. The Nvidia driver used to override how the X11 GLX support was done (GLX is the remote GLX protocol for X11). Double check that /usr/lib64/libGLX.so points to the mesa version and not the nvidia one.
