Open command "vseries true" option does not work with Amira files

Description

The vseries option to the open command is supposed to treat the specified volume as a time series. But it doesn't do that for Amira files or other volume formats that do not have the "batch" flag set. Instead it gives separate volumes for every time point.

open /Users/goddard/ucsf/presentations/protrusion-sep2015/data/cell15/membrane/*.am vseries true

Might be able to fix this by making all volume formats set the batch flag.

Fixed.

Any map format can now be used with vseries option, although every file in series needs to be the same file type.
