Description 

The following bug report has been submitted:
Platform:        Windows-10-10.0.17763
ChimeraX Version: 0.9 (2019-04-22)
Description
Today's ChimeraX build does not start on Windows 10 when clicking on the icon.  It does start from a cygwin shell.

Greg says he made a change to the ChimeraX launcher app that may explain this.

Disabled use of "-X faulthandler" which makes things work again when double clicking or starting via a Command Prompt shell.
