json files are not opening in ClustalX; errors with channel recognition. Mac and PC platforms

Failed opening file /Users/shonna_mcbride/Downloads/fold_ptpcx2_spo0a_spo0e_2025_09_02_af3/fold_ptpcx2_spo0a_spo0e_2025_09_02_af3_full_data_0.json: fold_ptpcx2_spo0a_spo0e_2025_09_02_af3_full_data_0.json does not look like Mole Online json file, does not contain Channels.

To read AlphaFold 3 predicted aligned error .json files you need a newer ChimeraX version. You are using ChimeraX 1.7.1 from before AlphaFold 3 came out.
