Description
Closing the Renumber Residues tool (either with the close button in the title bar or the tool's own "Close" button) stops all other tools from starting. There is no error, they just don't start. ChimeraX isn't hung -- you can move the model and otherwise interact with it.

Wasn't able to reproduce this on *my* Mac. I did a fresh build with PySide, opened a model, opened renumber residues, closed it, and was able to open other tools. I tried with the close button and the title bar button.

On Windows, Sept 8 tech preview, after closing Renumber Residues, Match Maker, Boltz, Alt Loc Explorer all started. So maybe this is Mac specific bug.
