Hi Yuxiang,

Thanks for reporting this problem. The error occurs as ChimeraX tries to install the pyKVFinder module (used to actually find the cavities) from the PyPi server. It's possible that despite the error message that the module actually did install correctly and that the error message is bogus. Try starting ChimeraX and running Find Cavities again. Does it work or do you get the same error?
