I don't don't quite follow what you mean. Can you send me a screen shot of just the toolbar?

Perhaps you accidentally changed the toolbar appearance. If you right-click on the toolbar, there are check boxes for "Show button labels" and "Show section labels". Are they still checked on? You can also customize the contents of the Home tab, via the associated Settings dialog.

I understand now. There are a couple of ways to get the toolbar back. In the Tools menu, there is a checkbox at the bottom for the Toolbar. Make sure it is checked. You can also do that on the command line with "ui tool show toolbar".
