Logging out while ChimeraX is running on Windows causes a crash report

Description
Last time you used ChimeraX it crashed.
I started ChimeraX then logged out.  When I logged back in I restarted ChimeraX and it said it had crashed.  Apparently logging out kills ChimeraX in a way that triggers faulthandler to output a stack trace.

This is unfortunate. I wonder if the same is true when logging out on Mac and Linux while ChimeraX is running. That might explain a fair number of crash reports in the Qt event loop.

On Mac ChimeraX 1.9 logging out while it was running did not produce a crash report. It does write an empty crash_traceback.txt file and last_log.txt in ~/Library/Application Support/ChimeraX but no crash log in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

On Linux (ubuntu 24) ChimeraX 1.9 also did not produce a crash report after logging out while it was running.

Not sure there is any way we can detect that a Windows ChimeraX crash was just a logout. But I think we don't see crashes on Windows in the event loop too often so probably not a real problem.
