The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
after executing the script 
open F:/Publications/In_preparation/Amna/Protocols_Sasha/datetime.py
(however, other callings of this script did not produce the error)
I got the response in Log:

Hi Alexandra,

Thanks for reporting this. It is a bug in the Qt windowing toolkit that ChimeraX uses, which, according to this web page: ​https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-118794?attachmentOrder=asc has been fixed in the version included with your ChimeraX -- yet it clearly hasn't been fixed (or completely fixed at least).
Did you change the resolution of your display while ChimeraX was running, or did you move the ChimeraX window between different displays?

Hi EricI was just running a script and the log window became completely black; when the script finished this message appeared. Maybe I tried to click on the black window? I was not able to reproduce this behavior. If this happens again I'll let you know. BestSashaSent from my Galaxy
