The following bug report has been submitted:

ChimeraX Version: 0.9 (2019-03-14)
Description
Would be useful to include cymol.pyx in the distribution.  Without this I could not look at the Atom class methods Python code.  Having all the Python code in the builds is a great help for third party developers.
