ChimeraX is not working on your laptop because the graphics driver has some bug. Your Intel graphics driver is from 2018. You would need to update the driver to get ChimeraX to work. Often laptop manufacturers don't provide updated graphics drivers so you many need to get a new graphics driver from Intel.
