Make pseudobonds end on cartoons

Description
Hi,

By default, missing segments are shown as dashed cylinders. However, if the molecule is shown in cartoon  representation, these missing segments  do not connect to the ends of the missing region (see screenshot), preesumably because they are positioned based on the actual coordinates, rather than the rendered location of the ribbon/coil end. It would look nicer if these segments matched the cartoon ends.
