Description

Hi I'm having this problem below, it doesn't allow me to save images.

Please advise, it has not occurred before. I tried to install a new version
but it still persists.

Hi Marcin,

The "Snapshot" icon in the toolbar tries to save the image to the desktop. Since it seems you are using a machine with a publicly shared desktop, that doesn't work since you don't have permission to save files there. Instead, you need to use the File→Save menu item, change the file type in the resulting dialog to whatever image format you'd like to use (e.g. PNG) and choose a location to save to that you do have permission to save files in. I hope this helps.

You can change directory where images are saved when using the Snapshot toolbar button using the snapshot command, for example

snapshot directory c:/Users/mura/Documents
