ChimeraX should not ask to reregister

Description
Why is ChimeraX warning in the Log that my registration has expired?  We are supposed to only require registering once and ChimeraX is registered on this machine.  I'll attach the registration file.

With the ChimeraX daily build I was asked to register again.  Then with 1.9 that I am using now it just logged the warning that the registration expired.

I did another test where I deleted the March 12, 2025 line from the preregistration file and now ChimeraX 1.9 also asks me to reregister.

Somehow our code changes to ask to register just once must have been broken.

Mitigated by fix to get available bundle information (a successful check extended the registration to a year from then). Still needs to fixed.
