The reported error caused by using tube helices
cartoon style modeHelix tube
is because SciPy from PyPi on Mac ARM only supports macOS 12 and higher and this user has older macOS 11. In general ChimeraX supports macOS 11 and higher, but SciPy is an exception. So the tube helices will not work on macOS 11 on Mac ARM.

Downloaded the most recent daily build and ran all the user's commands up to the crash point. Worked on my machine.
