Tools gone after running Python script

Description
open a .py file -> replace the unfound density volume with a target .mrc file -> common tools including log, volume viewer etc. all disappeared and cannot be reopened

Hi Yanxun,

It seems like some function in your Python script is trying to make the main ChimeraX graphics window very big -- namely 4564 by 2515, which seems to be much larger than your screen. It is hard for us to offer more insight with being able to see the contents of your Fig2.py script.
