Description

For example:

open 1zik
cartoon
delete /b

... although you can make it go away by recoloring.

Fixed in [ab70efd].

When a residue (in a chain) is deleted, mark the structure for ribbon graphics update.

This bug is back.

When atoms are deleted and ribbon is not deleted it leads to errors mousing over the ribbon because the Residues are gone.
