Description

The toolshed in the daily build is not providing info about uninstalled providers. Compare the output from the "open formats" command from 1.9 and the daily build. The 1.9 output contains information about many uninstalled formats (noted with asterisks). The daily build contains none of that information.

I think it's related to the fact that the daily build always says "available bundle cache has not been initialized yet" at startup.

Along the same lines, the "Updates" tool never lists anything, even if you switch to "All Available".

The timeout for getting the available bundle information was too short.
