User's OpenGL graphics was not functioning for Qt or ChimeraX and gave tracebacks and when the Report a Bug dialog appeared it crashed calling PyOpenGL to get the OpenGL version. I guess the graphics driver crashed when PyOpenGL asked it for the OpenGL version. Not much we can do about this. May have been using remote display.
