Runtime error installing CollabFold

Thanks for reporting the problem. ChimeraX AlphaFold predictions also fail for me and the error log indicates it is because the ColabFold used by ChimeraX is not compatible with Python 3.11. Yesterday Google Colab updated to Python 3.11 and that is why it is now broken.

I will see if I can update to a newer ColabFold that works with Python 3.11.

Fixed. Does not require updating ChimeraX. Google Colab script was updated and that is fetched every prediction from Github.

I updated ColabFold used by ChimeraX for AlphaFold predictions to the latest version (which was fixed 5 hours ago to work with Python 3.11) and updated to OpenMM 8.0.0 for energy minimization of predictions. Tested and working.
