Option to omit labels for short missing-loop segments

One related suggestion here - there is an option to "label missing segments in models with <=N chains".

I think it is useful to label large missing segments, but labeling short missing loops etc can be distracting.

Perhaps it might be worth adding a threshold number of residues above which to label the missing segment? E.g. only label missing segments longer than 15 residues, for example?
