Works on my Mac at home. Will try on a Windows machine when I'm at work on Monday.

I was able to reproduce on Windows 11 with 7P03, but it works with some structures (e.g. 2gbp) while still crashing with yet others (e.g. 7was).

Script to call pyKVFinder with the same input as 7was

Generated a script to call pyKFinder with the same input as what ChimeraX generates for 7was. It crashes ChimeraX 1.9 on Windows, but not a command-line installation of Python 3.13. We hope to upgrade ChimeraX's Python to 3.13 soon to see if that fixes the crash or not.

Fixed by increasing the ChimeraX stack limit on Windows. Fix is in the current daily build.
