Hi Dewight,

Thanks for reporting this problem. I would recommend upgrading to a current version of ChimeraX. We have little capability to work on bugs in 3.5-year-old versions of ChimeraX. Also, in the unlikely event that the bug still exists in the current version, the bug-reporting capabilities of the current version are a lot better and will give us a lot more information to work with when debugging the problem.
