Description
On the ToolShed download statistics page for ISOLDE, there's a weird mismatch between the "Total downloads" figure and the values shown in the timeline. Right now, the "Total downloads" value stands at 3414, whereas the total according to the timeline is 2.50k. Moreover, I was watching yesterday to get a feel for the effect of the ISOLDE 1.0b2 release - while the headline figure went up by about 30-40 during the day, the timeline only shows 8 downloads for the same period. I know ultimately I really just need to set up a user registration system to get some hard figures, but it would be nice to know how reliable these download stats are.

The code was indeed only capturing one (random) platform for each release. That should be fixed now.
The map functionality broke when Google started requiring that billing be enabled for projects. While it is possible to limit usage via quotas so that we never pay, the mapping functionality just doesn't seem important enough to set up a billing method as well as potential billing issues. So no more maps.
This is still going on: since I announced ISOLDE 1.0b3 the "Total Downloads" figure has increased by a bit over 200, but only 27 downloads of 1.0b3 show in the graph. I wonder if the graph is only recording downloads for a specific platform?
Also, the individual-country portion of the download geography widget seems broken - just loads and loads, without ever showing anything on the map.
