Do not use both the "xr true" and "vr true" command. That is almost sure to cause problems. Either use one or the other. Also I suggest using a current ChimeraX version, e.g. the daily build or 1.9 release candidate. You are using a version prior to the ChimeraX 1.8 release.

The error message CompositorError_IsNotSceneApplication produces no hits in Google. Possibly it is being generate by Acer software and no telling what it means.
