oops need to change it to "similarstructures blast"
tested in UCSF ChimeraX version: 1.9.dev202410300405 (2024-10-30)
ui tool show "Similar Structures"
blast /A database afdb
Unknown command: sequence blast /A database afdb

Fixed.
Oops. The Search button on the Similar Structures gui using method BLAST used the old "sequence blast" command which I renamed to "similarstructures blast" yesterday.
