Bug report submission says it failed but actually succeeds

Description

I tried to report the same bug 3 times about 3 minutes apart using ChimeraX Report a Bug and each time it said "Error while submitting Feedback. Bug report server www.rbvi.ucsf.edu is unavailable". Then I got 3 emails from Trac showing all 3 bug reports had been entered into Trac, #16108, #16109, #16110.

Something seems seriously broken in email2trac.

When I then went to close those tickets, each Trac change took about 30 seconds after I hit the web page submit button before it was accepted.

This is with ChimeraX development build on Mac, although it probably would happen on any platform as it seems like a server side problem.
