Description

Per summary. Still seems iffy adding chains to the tool interface, since by default they will not have any interesting attributes.

If you were using a "defattr" file it is a very simple change, just use "recipient: residues" instead of "recipient: chains" ... you don't need to list the residues individually, so the assignment lines could stay the same. <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/formats/defattr.html>

Status: assigned → closed

Implemented chain attributes in the "color byattribute" command. The prefix is 'c:'. Have not added it to tool yet.

Also added support for chains to the tool. All of this only available in the (next) daily build.
