Description
Would be nice if there was a way to restore the thresholds and perhaps other display settings automatically chosen when a volume model is first opened. Currently requires closing and reopening the data. At least for atomic structures, we already have menu: Presets... Original Look.

More explicitly: a command that would set thresholds to whatever Chimera(X) would choose as initial defaults for the current display style.
I don’t know about whether it should happen automatically, but when switching display style (or even without switching display style just because I’ve chosen thresholds poorly and can’t see anything reasonable anymore) I want to get back to those thresholds, or choose them similarly even though the data initially opens up in some other style.
E.g. DICOM file is opened as plane, then I go to volume and apply some Horos preset. Later I want to go back to viewing the plane but I can’t figure out decent thresholds to view it anymore, or it is a pain/slow to drag thresholds interactively and I’d like to snap back to the originals. This lung data is invisible as single plane after applying “Airways II”.
