Description 

Dear ChimeraX Team,

ChimeraX -1.8 is unable to show the coordinates sometimes, saying  [cid:image001.png@01DAFA61.5845C4B0] , which haven't show in the 1.7 version. I have to restart my PC so that it can work again.

And I cannot report this using ChimeraX report system as described below.

The problem with the bug reporter was due to our website temporarily being down.

I'm not sure what you mean by "ChimeraX -1.8 is unable to show the coordinates". I guess you mean the graphics doesn't draw. Usually it provide an error traceback in that case. If that happens try the Report Bug again. When you tried it last time our server was temporarily down so the bug report was not submitted.

Failure to display graphics is almost always a graphics driver problem that can only be solved by updating your graphics driver.
