Nery,

Thank you for sending the file. It looks like there's a bug with how we
parse normal mode displacements for diatomics without HPModes. I'll have a
fix for that soon. In the meantime, if you can recompute the frequencies
with `freq=hpmodes` you should be able to animate the vibrational mode.
