It looks like my selection syntax was a bit off, but I thought the attributes weren’t there when I went looking for them with info so filed the bug report. Glad to have spotted a real bug though.
And this explains why I wasn’t able to import the overlap attributes into Jalview.

Yes, '@@' is for atom attributes and '::' is for residue attributes. So '::jv_RESNUM' is right, but you would want '@@ligand_overlap'. It's good you reported this so I could fix it!
