Using contacts or clashes with setAttrs true doesn't produce the overlap attribute

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for reporting this problem. The attribute is in fact getting set, which you can see with a command like "select @@overlap>0", but clashes isn't performing an additional step needed to make the attribute known to other tools and commands (like the 'info' command and the Render By Attribute tool) and to get the attribute saved in sessions. I will work to remedy this.

Thanks Eric!

It looks like my selection syntax was a bit off, but I thought the attributes weren’t there when I went looking for them with info so filed the bug report. Glad to have spotted a real bug though.

And this  explains why I wasn’t able to import the overlap attributes into Jalview.

Yes, '@@' is for atom attributes and '::' is for residue attributes. So '::jv_RESNUM' is right, but you would want '@@ligand_overlap'. It's good you reported this so I could fix it!
