Description

The ChimeraX PyPi package web page description seems to be using markup which is not handled by the PyPi site.

It would be helpful to format the description so links display as links and work. It would also be helpful to give an example of code that uses the PyPi package. And also it should probably warn about the most common limitations people will encounter, that there is no run() method support and image saving also won't work.

Should also probably not refer to the sample images as examples, since the library cannot save images.

Since we're switching to a docker image for scripting instead.
