In the meeting we decided these are fine except there won't be any "-print" versions since the AlphaFold output isn't typically actually printable.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: accepted → closed

Added the printable versions of the outputs to the pipeline script as requested. Requires the 1.2.1 version of the NIHPresets bundle.
