Summary: ChimeraX bug report submissionInterrupt of (slow?) drawing

Perhaps KeyboardInterrupt should be added to the list of error types that don't result in a bug-reporting dialog?

No idea what the problem was -- they hit ctrl-C probably in the shell where they started ChimeraX on Linux. Nice graphics GTX 1080 Ti.

Don't think we need to prevent bug reporting on ctrl-C. Very likely something was wrong, they just didn't give us any clues.
