Why would 'outline 3' cause QColor's argument to become float?

Fixed in ChimeraX daily build.

I guess no one used that outline width option in a few years. The error is because the color rgba components were floating point, and the Qt QColor(r,g,b,a) expected integers. Probably an earlier version of the Qt window toolkit cast the float to integer but the current version does not and gives this error. I made the arguments integers.
