Unfortunately this is one that can't be fixed other than by running on a newer machine - as per the discussion at https://github.com/openmm/openmm/issues/3982#issuecomment-1493803321, OpenMM is no longer compatible with the Nvidia GPUs on old Macs. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
