Description
When a session needs a newer version of an internal bundle, like Atomic, the session-restore machinery issues a message that in order to restore the session the user needs to upgrade to a newer version of Atomic, which is completely mystifying to the average user.
It would be nice if session restore was smart enough to say to install a newer version of ChimeraX in this scenario.

Whatever machinery is issuing the current error message could just check if the offending bundle is installed directly in the ChimeraX app (rather than the user area) and if so, say "you need to upgrade your version of ChimeraX to open this session".
