Caused by the "dw.show()" call in float_changed() in ui/gui.py, inside the code T.G. added to get floating tools on the Mac to act like real windows. Seems to be a Qt 6.6 special since this does not happen in ChimeraX 1.7. Perhaps add it to the screened Qt warning messages? Would be nice to also add the "Compositor returned null texture" message which I get a lot on startup.

Might be nice to enable adding and subtracting from the screened warning dynamically, so we can screen out warnings from calls the we know are innocuous, but that might be significant if they come from other parts of the code.

Fixed.

Suppressed Qt messages "Already setting window visible!" and "Compositor returned null texture".

I'm not going to add APIs to suppress and unsuppress Qt messages unless a specific case where it is needed is reported.
