Daily build "developer cannot be verified"

Description
This April 8, 2024 daily build would not open after installing saying the developer cannot be verified.  Apparently notarization failed but the failure was not reported.  We saw this happen a month or two ago also.

Eric, last time Mac notarization failed silently was in February and was apparently caused by trying to add new AmberTools which may have had library paths that point outside the ChimeraX.app tree. I'm wondering if the current Mac notarization failure is caused by this.

Last time I investigated all the notarization log output from Apple and none of it said anything was wrong, the notarization verified ok. But then starting ChimeraX said "developer cannot be verified". Annoying that we have no lead on what is causing this failure.

I reverted to AmberTools20; we'll see if that helps.

Today's daily build does not have the "developer cannot be verified" installation problem. So AmberTools23 is probably the source of the notarization failure. A possible cause is that some AmberTools executable or library has a non-system library linked outside the ChimeraX.app directory.
