Done.

Same options and behavior as in Chimera except second surface uses "withSurface" keyword and distance requires "distance" keyword. For example

measure contactArea #1.3 with #1.2 distance 3 slab -.1,0 color tan

Syntax:

measure contactArea surface withSurface (a surface specifier) [distance a number] [color a color] [offset a number] [slab slab] [smooth true or false] [optimize true or false]

— Compute and show contact are between two surfaces

slab: a number or some numbers
