Description
For example, 5uvn chain A (fetching direct from the PDB, so mmCIF. Haven't checked PDB format). Bond between UNK467@C-UNK1001@N and LEU431@C-UNK435@N.

According to the mmCIF file, those residues are directly connected. UNK 467 and UNK 1001 are residues 439 and 440 of chain A. And, LEU 431 and UNK 435 are residues 406 and 407 of chain A. To get it fixed, a bug needs to filed with the PDB. Probably by adding the missing sequence to the enity_poly_seq table or separating the sequence into multiple entities.

Only happens in mmCIF format; in PDB they are missing-structure pseudobonds
