Description

the following command (all one line) gives a long traceback

open 1gcn; movie record; turn y 4 90; wait; movie dup 75; wait; movie encode

traceback is very long but ends with
[...]

Fixed.

I don't think I ever used "movie dup". Usually you can just use wait to record some still frames. For example instead of

open 1gcn; movie record; turn y 4 90; wait; movie dup 75; wait; movie encode

I would suggest

open 1gcn; movie record; turn y 4 90; wait; wait 75; movie encode

or

open 1gcn; movie record; turn y 4 90; wait 165; movie encode

With the fixed movie dup you don't need to use wait after it, because the copied frames are put in immediately, so

open 1gcn; movie record; turn y 4 90; wait; movie dup 75; movie encode
