The following bug report has been submitted: Platform: macOS-14.2.1-arm64-arm-64bit ChimeraX Version: 1.7.1 (2024-01-23 01:58:08 UTC) Description volume unroll produces an error when the original volume is in orthoplanes mode and the resulting unrolled volume then is shown in orthoplanes with center point outside the bounds of the volume. Fixed.
Simple case reproducing bug #10384 where orthoplanes center point is outside region bounds. Fixed by showing closest plane in region.
