vop unroll error in orthoplanes

Description
volume unroll produces an error when the original volume is in orthoplanes mode and the resulting unrolled volume then is shown in orthoplanes with center point outside the bounds of the volume. This replicates bug report #10384

An error occurred in drawing the scene. Redrawing graphics is now stopped to
avoid a continuous stream of error messages. To restart graphics use the
command "graphics restart" after changing the settings that caused the error.

Fixed.
Simple case reproducing bug #10384 where orthoplanes center point is outside region bounds. Fixed by showing closest plane in region.
